Pulogadung UP PKB Starts Using EDC Machine for KIR Test Payment

Pulogadung Motor Vehicle Testing Management Unit (UP PKB), East Jakarta is now using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine for people who want to pay their vehicle testing (KIR) fees. The use of EDC machine is currently being trialled from Wednesday (1/5) to Friday (1/7).

Pulogadung UP PKB Administration Sub-division Head, Fatchuri conveyed, policy that regulated retribution payment using EDC machine was implemented to avoid practice of gratification on customer service officers.
Moreover, he added, Pulogadung UP PKB is the only motor vehicle testing unit in Indonesia that received Integrity Zone (ZI) award for Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM) and Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) in 2021 from Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform last December.
